NewsIQ is a multilingual news and market-intelligence platform. We provide short news articles, source attribution, structured market-impact analysis (where available) and editorial tools for authenticated users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe to NewsIQ. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts & security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Free accounts grant access to short news and limited analysis; Pro accounts unlock the full analysis breakdown. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. News & editorial content
All editorial content on NewsIQ is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Source articles remain the property of their original publishers. We do not republish full copyrighted articles — we summarize, attribute and link. Quoting brief excerpts is permitted with attribution.
5. AI-generated market intelligence
Market-impact analysis on NewsIQ is generated by an AI assistant and reviewed by our editorial team. It is informational, not financial advice. It does not constitute a buy, sell, or hold recommendation. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions.
6. No financial advice
Nothing on NewsIQ constitutes financial, investment, trading, or other professional advice. NewsIQ is not a registered broker, financial advisor, or investment platform. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
7. Market data & accuracy
Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of market data displayed on the platform.
8. AI Analysis credits
AI Analysis Credits are used to unlock premium market-impact analysis for individual news stories. Credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of your billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.
9. Credit consumption
Each unlocked AI analysis consumes one credit. Once credits are consumed, additional analyses require a higher-tier subscription or waiting for your next credit reset.
10. Subscriptions & pricing
Subscription plans and pricing are listed on the Subscribe page. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
11. Billing & payment
Recurring billing is handled by our payment providers. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method. You can manage your subscription through the customer billing portal.
12. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.
13. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided for partially used billing periods. If you believe a refund is warranted, contact support@newsiq.top.
14. Alternative payment methods
TNG eWallet and PayPal are available as alternative payment methods. These methods are subject to their own terms and conditions.
15. Third-party payment providers
Payments are processed by third-party providers (payment gateways for alternative methods). NewsIQ never sees or stores your full card number. Each provider has its own privacy policy and terms.
16. Intellectual property
The NewsIQ platform, including its design, branding, AI models, and software, is owned by NewsIQ. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written permission.
17. Prohibited uses
Do not abuse the platform: no scraping at scale, no automated AI training on our content without permission, no attempts to bypass rate limits or paywalls, no harassment, no impersonation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
18. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, and force majeure events may temporarily affect access.
19. Changes to the service
We may add, remove, or change features at any time. We will notify you of material changes to paid features via email or in-app notice.
20. Account suspension / termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
21. Limitation of liability
NewsIQ is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewsIQ and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
22. Privacy
Your use of NewsIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the service, you consent to the practices described therein.
23. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NewsIQ operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
